We are a multi-level, multi-use, flexible, and versatile space for various types of short and long-term productions. The location is nestled in the heart of the Flatiron District, just steps away from Madison Square Park, the Flatiron Building & across the street from Eataly. The main floor contains roughly 2,000 square feet of multi purpose event space including an elevated mezzanine/stage area as well as an outdoor balcony. The main floor decor is that of an industrial or rustic vibe with an abundance of exposed brick, high ceilings, and original woodwork. The cellar of the flat is an additional 1,900 square feet of multi-use space containing a changing room, green room, storage space, massive prep area, and terrace for guests to gather some fresh air or just enjoy the artwork.

Space was perfect for the daytime shoot we were looking for. Good natural light in a section of the space.

My experience from start to finish was incredible! The responsiveness of the team was amazing. Mitch ensured that the event was handled with care and that every aspect of the event’s vision was unveiled. The space was defini as advertised an more! My staff holiday party was a hit. Thank you Mitch and the team for taking the time to make my vision a reality! You all were amazing hosts. Best, Principal Lewis

April and crew were great to work with! We were able to get the party up and running 14 days before NYE, which was an accomplishment in itself and couldn't have been made possible without their top tier service!

BOOKER BEWARE, THERE ARE HIDDEN COSTS. I don't want to start off this review on a negative note, but I didn't want anyone who read this not to know, up front, that there are several hidden costs that are not disclosed when you initially make the inquiry. I'll save that for the end, but for now, the positives: The space was spectacularly situated, and was pretty perfect for our needs. April was super responsive and helpful, and was willing to meet me whenever I needed to view the space. I had a great event, and would recommend the space to my friends, as long as they are aware of the following not so good things: When I contacted April about the space, she told me the price was $2,500 for the time I wanted, plus Peerspace fees and cleaning fees. I was initially attracted to this listing because it seemed affordable. What April did not disclose until I got to the venue was that there was: 1. A $300-$400 mandatory security fee 2. $500 Furniture rental fee 3. $125 Insurance fee 4. $1,000 refundable security deposit 5. $500 liquor licensing fee Do the math and you are basically paying double, up front. Because my event was coming up quickly, I couldn't turn back, but if I had known that I would be *required* to have 2 $400 security guards there (who didn't guard anything), a $500 'liquor license guy,' who was just there to make sure no-one got too drunk (it was not that type of party), and all this other nonsense, I might not have booked.
