All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Our studio is a 1,700 sq ft open space, featuring huge windows on one full side. The studio is beautifully decorated and located in the center of the historical Downtown Los Angeles. The starting time you've booked here might be landing exactly right after the other group's booking period as there is no a way to put buffer in between booking here. Please ASK to confirm. *** Please note, this is NOT a sound proof space. We would highly recommend bringing in great audio recording equipment and sound proofing tools as we could not control the sound from our surrounding area.

There are paid parking lots right next to the building as well as on the same block. There are also paid meters right in front of the building (2 hours parking from 8a - 4p Monday - Friday, 8a - 8p on Saturday. No parking from 4p - 7p except Saturday & Sunday)

Our windows will have direct sunlight coming in during the morning (starting from around 7am to 12pm). After that we would get indirect sunlight.

There are loading zones right in front of the building. There are also paid parking lot right next to the building as well as in front of the building.

Please be up front with what you're looking to do, and we'll be happy to work with you to make your project a success. If you are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music videos or advertising campaigns, please contact us using the "Message Host" button on the listing page to discuss details, pricing and availability.
Please include the following:
* Total number of cast & crew
* Desired date(s)
* Exact hours you will need (ie. 7am-7pm) including load-in/load-out, setup and tear-down
* Equipment & lighting specs
* Pets (Please consult with us beforehand)
* No Smoking/Vaping
* Fog/Haze machines are not allowed
* Coasters are required on wood surfaces
* Leave space as you found it.
NOISE -- We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
SECURITY CAMERAS - We have security cameras inside the space, please use restroom on the same floor for changing.
DAMAGES - You will be accounted for any damages to the space / items
INJURIES - We are not liable for injuries

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Wow Such a beautiful beautiful space. Was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. The only thing I’d suggest to bring your own mini speakers to play music (if they allow it). Was such Great little vibe and would definitely book again. Communication with host was great and directions easy to follow to enter building. Highly recommend.
