A huge, old classic Chicago industrial loft experience, with 20 ft. ceilings, original hardwood floors, massive warehouse windows, exposed brick walls and solid timber beams. A full wall of West-facing windows for sunsets; eclectic designed objects, furniture, artwork, books and antiques; lofted 'treehouse' space bedroom or other use. This loft is in the heart of the Fulton Market neighborhood, which is the warehouse & meatpacking district, just blocks West of downtown, and the most exciting and lively in the city. The building (and the area) is industrial, trendy and artistic– full of warehouses, graffiti, an the most beautiful / interesting restaurants and street views in the city.
Pretty much anything goes as long as you are respectful of my neighbors downstairs– the loft is very old and quirky. Unlined, uninsulated, original flooring means the neighbors can hear everything. So, nothing too loud, too late at night. Or, if you plan enough ahead, you can pay for my neighbors to stay at the hotel down the street if needed.
This space was incredible for our commercial shoot. Spacious industrial warehouse-vibe right across from the Google offices. We will definitely be using again in the future.
Boo was very nice on understanding an issue that came up. Unfortunately I was looking forward to using the space but things came up, anyways, I'm sure Boo's space would have been great.
