We have a beautiful 1500 square foot space that includes a holistic center. That's what's so unique about it----the lovely energy of the space! We work hard keeping it that way! We want a peaceful space for people to come into and leave the stressful world behind. There are 4 offices attached to the event space & sometimes people may walk through the event space. But, we have ways of doing this so that it's not terribly distracting. If you have an event where you cannot have any interruptions, we may be able to accommodate you by offering the space at a higher price. Please talk to us about your needs. The space has been used for space for meetings, seminars, classes, trainings, parties, meetups & more! It is fully equipped with AV equipment--- including a portable PA System, blue tooth speaker, wireless mic, wireless projector, and an electronic projection screen as well as a floor stand screen. We also have a podium, wireless black & white copier, a rolling white board, 15 - 18'x6’ seminar tables, 50 padded folding chairs, a water cooler with both hot & cold water & trash & recycling cans with liners. The event space also has air conditioning to suit your temperature needs. It has windows with curtains on the length of 2 sides & is furnished with lots of beautiful plants. It's perfect for your next photo shoot, film shoot, or production. There is usually plenty of free parking out front in the lot & nearby. There are also restaurants within a couple miles or you are welcome to have food delivered or catered. Our rental rates for friday 6pm-12am and Saturday/Sunday 7am-12am are $75 per hour. 4 hr minimum. ****If your event will not be disturbed by our holistic practitioners and their clients walking through the space occasionally, we can offer you a significant discount. Please inquire about that. ****We also offer special rates for non-profits.
The space (including common space areas) must be left in a clean condition, which means: • Garbage/recycling must be in garbage cans. If you have more than fits in the bins, we ask that you place it in the dumpsters outside • Remove all props, signage, equipment, etc that has been brought to event. • All equipment must be left in space & in same working condition • Tables should be wiped & folded down & put back in corner • Chairs should be folded & put back in corner • All doors must be locked when premises is left & lights turned off Lost or Damaged Equipment: If there is any damage to the space or any common areas, you the renter, will be held responsible and agree to compensate or replace for the cost of repair or replacement of lost or damaged property. Restrictions: • No pets, except licensed service animals or unless prior arrangements have been made. • The use of the space must be for what was agreed upon. No marijuana, drugs or smoking on premises. All cigarette smoking must be 25 feet from building. • Rude behavior, sexual activity, sexual harassment, disparaging remarks or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated & are cause for immediate expulsion. In such case, no refund of the rental fee shall be made. We are proud to be a LGBTQ friendly facility & welcomes everyone. Intolerance of any kind will not be tolerated & we promote prosecution for this type of behavior. Noise: Renter is aware of the fact that there are 4 practitioner rooms adjoining the rental room & is aware that there may be some foot traffic in & out of space. This interference will be kept minimal & will be avoided whenever possible.
I love this space and my group loved the space too. The room is very flexible--we used the open floor to Zumba and we set out the provided tables and chairs to eat and to have a meeting. Krizten was extremely helpful before the event and the day of the event. She has thought of everything and taught me perfectly how to use the space and how to direct guests to the site. I like the location a lot. It is central with excellent bus service right outside and parking is plentiful.
We rented the space for a family new year eve party. Krizten was very professional, both in mails as well as during in-person walk through. There were enough tables and chairs, the amenities worked as expected, Krizten gave all the right instructions in a timely manner. Overall, very positive experience. We will definitely rent this space for future events.
