We diligently observe Covid-19 guidelines from the CDC and are enacting strict cleanliness and social distancing standards allowing no more than one group/meeting per day. You will enter through our voguish GUEST area to an amazingly stylish VIBRANT and COZY event room located on the 15th floor of a Landmark building, one block away from Union Square in downtown San Francisco. (Built 1925) Teams from Uber, Nike, Anastasia Beverly Hills, National Geigraphics and Federal Reserve conducted their meetings here (see reviews) The event room is 500 sq ft with additional 700 sq ft guest area; it is perfect for events, birthdays, celebrations, workshops, powwows, meetings, photo/video shoots - ANYTHING. This place is spacious and invigorating. Full of ENERGY and LIGHT it is within walking distance from myriad of old and new restaurants, bars, hotels and stores. You are ALWAYS welcome to stop by to see it before booking. The room has 5 large windows facing Union Square and the Financial District, with STUNNING views of Coit Tower, Salesforce Bldg and Transamerica Pyramid. Parking inside the building or around it. We recommend ParkHero or the Sutter Stockton garage. Walking distance to BART and MUNI. If you use bicycles we have room to keep them. In addition to the 20 person main EVENT room there is a large size GUEST area (see pic with an accordion) that will allow you to triple the number of guests. (Available upon request and subject to availability. Additional rate will apply through a custom booking request) Please message host before booking if you need it too) We have WiFi, a 75 inch flat screen TV, a humongous chalk board, a Nespresso Coffee Machine for complimentary coffee, tea, complimentary drinks in a fridge, Apple TV. Unlike many other hosts WE DO NOT CHARGE YOU FOR ADD ONS. IF YOU NEED SOMETHING - LET US KNOW. Let the Peerspace Concierge know if you need any help with arranging furniture, A/V rentals, or any other services for your booking. Catering is available through email@example.com or use your own. Wine glasses or are available upon request. Let us know or ask in advance. The tables you see in the pictures can be easily folded, moved or taken away if needed. An adjacent break out room is available upon request for storage. A small kitchen is available upon request. We understand how busy you are and how nerve wrecking organizing a party or event can be. We will go beyond extraordinary to assist you. Please don't hesitate to ask for additional things needed for your event. Your satisfaction is our priority. The space was nicely setup with all the necessary amenities. The room was easily accessible upon entering the building and made for a great meeting. The location was in close proximity to great lunch options as well. Unfortunately, there was construction in the building near the room that was pretty disruptive and not previously mentioned. Parking was a bit pricey, as is typical in SF. Overall, the space was nice and made for a nice offsite meeting location.

Renter was VERY easy to work with and responds super fast. Very clear instructions about how to access the room. Room was clean and in a beautiful location overseeing the skyscrapers around Union square. Quiet! Very easy to connect laptop to TV ancc so has strong WiFi. Would use this place again.

The space was bright, quiet, clean, and in a central location for our team to travel to easily via car, train, and walking. Vadim was very responsive via email and text and answered questions quickly even outside of general business hours. The space was equipped for team activities with a wipe board, an airplay for Mac connection, beverages (we didn't use them but nice to have available), etc. Some of the materials need to be restocked as most of the dry erase markers were dried out, the wipe board eraser didn't clear the board completely, and the wipe board needs to be cleaned to remove residual writing. We experienced trouble with one of the wifi networks dropping our signals, but once we swapped to the second available network we didn't encounter any issues. The bathroom was large, stocked, and clean also. It may be helpful to note in the listing that it's a dentist office as a team member arrived and thought they were in the wrong location. The HEPA filter and numerous large windows for ventilation were great.

The host was very quick and clear in communicating throughout the process of reserving the space and following the event. The space was very well kept and exactly as displayed, the perfect space for our small Diwali party. Would use this space in the future. Highly recommend!

The space was amazing! We hosted a pitch presentation and meeting, and everyone loved it. Great views and everything you need is either in the room or very close. Vadim was extremely responsive and his communication was thorough and appreciated.

Vadim is super responsive very detail oriented. We had no problem finding the meeting room. It's a great space for company meeting and the space is both cozy and inspiring. Dasha is also very helpful during our booking to answer onsite questions and assist ad-hoc requests.
