We diligently observe Covid-19 guidelines from the CDC and are enacting strict cleanliness and social distancing standards allowing no more than one group/meeting per day. You will enter through our voguish GUEST area to an amazingly stylish VIBRANT and COZY event room located on the 15th floor of a Landmark building, one block away from Union Square in downtown San Francisco. (Built 1925) Teams from Uber, Nike, Anastasia Beverly Hills, National Geigraphics and Federal Reserve conducted their meetings here (see reviews) The event room is 500 sq ft with additional 700 sq ft guest area; it is perfect for events, birthdays, celebrations, workshops, powwows, meetings, photo/video shoots - ANYTHING. This place is spacious and invigorating. Full of ENERGY and LIGHT it is within walking distance from myriad of old and new restaurants, bars, hotels and stores. You are ALWAYS welcome to stop by to see it before booking. The room has 5 large windows facing Union Square and the Financial District, with STUNNING views of Coit Tower, Salesforce Bldg and Transamerica Pyramid. Parking inside the building or around it. We recommend ParkHero or the Sutter Stockton garage. Walking distance to BART and MUNI. If you use bicycles we have room to keep them. In addition to the 20 person main EVENT room there is a large size GUEST area (see pic with an accordion) that will allow you to triple the number of guests. (Available upon request and subject to availability. Additional rate will apply through a custom booking request) Please message host before booking if you need it too) We have WiFi, a 75 inch flat screen TV, a humongous chalk board, a Nespresso Coffee Machine for complimentary coffee, tea, complimentary drinks in a fridge, Apple TV. Unlike many other hosts WE DO NOT CHARGE YOU FOR ADD ONS. IF YOU NEED SOMETHING - LET US KNOW. Let the Peerspace Concierge know if you need any help with arranging furniture, A/V rentals, or any other services for your booking. Catering is available through firstname.lastname@example.org or use your own. Wine glasses or are available upon request. Let us know or ask in advance. The tables you see in the pictures can be easily folded, moved or taken away if needed. An adjacent break out room is available upon request for storage. A small kitchen is available upon request. We understand how busy you are and how nerve wrecking organizing a party or event can be. We will go beyond extraordinary to assist you. Please don't hesitate to ask for additional things needed for your event. Your satisfaction is our priority. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Vadim was very responsive and helpful through the booking experience. The room has a lot of unique character and is quite charming with added bonuses like a set of drums. Also, well ventilated and great sunlight.

The experience of booking and using this space was solid! Vadim is incredibly responsive and everything was as advertised. Space has great COVID procedures including a HEPA air filter that was on before we arrived and windows that opened (in case anyone in our group needed that for social distancing comfortability). Only drawbacks were that the wifi went in and out a couple of times (other people mentioned this in their reviews also) and there were more whiteboards and flip charts than easels so they weren't totally functional. Overall, great experience, space, and would book again.

Beautiful space! The instructions for how to get inside were really easy too. Really loved the decor and the view, made my call much more relaxed :)

Very communicative and informative host! Yes, the space is as advertised. Lots of daylight, not necessarily direct sunlight, so a photographer's delight. Not only that, the host accommodated a request to get the conference-room furniture out of the way, ahead of my shoot. Used the space for a photo shoot, and different 'sets'/configurations were possible. I haven't exhausted the possibilities, so will be back for more...

The host was responsive and the space worked great. Clean and as advertised. Internet was spotty, which was problematic as this was a remote film shoot. It'd be great to have ethernet available.
