Spectacular Views & Natural Light in the Heart of Chelsea: Our penthouse studio offers 1200 sq ft of bright daylight with amazing views over Chelsea, The High Line and The Hudson River on the west side of Manhattan. Perfect for fashion and beauty photo shoots, portraits, still life, castings, video & photo production, fashion showrooms, meetings and special events. Neighborhood Overview: Chelsea is the gallery district on the west side of Manhattan and offers many of the finest art exhibitions and restaurants in NYC. The Highline entrance is just downstairs and access is very easy. Hudson River Park and the west side bike and running path is 1 block away with spectacular views of the Hudson River. Freight Elevator: Mon-Sun 7:30a-5:30p After hours rate $150 per hour *Early and late checkout possible, please inquire for rate. *Roof access available for additional fee. *No overnight stays. *No parties of any kind. *Corporate events and production space only.   • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
