Enjoy complete privacy inside and out of the home, with close proximity to parks, stores, restaurants and downtown Palm Springs. The street is a double-wide street with no-restrictions on parking and plenty of parking space. Please note the interior and exterior of the home is available for filming. You will be able to use the areas shown on the pictures. RATES - $250 / hour - 3 hour minimum. (see Setup & Breakdown below) $350 damage deposit (see below for details). Full shooting insurance detailing coverage & including waiver of subrogation for owner to be delivered before shoot date & approved by owner. SEE BELOW ACCESS: Owners & or location manager might be onsite, depending on dates & what the shoot / event needs - You have access to the main house & the surrounding pool & grass and garden area. PARKING: There is plenty of available parking on our side of the street. DEPOSIT: - $350 Deposit check needs to be given to owner and cleared before the shoot (minimum 3 days before.) Can be submitted (and preferred) via PayPal or Venmo. Assuming all will go well and there are no damages and rules are followed, then owner will return deposit for the total deposit amount to you at the end of the shoot from original form of payment. If rules listed below are broken / instructions not followed, production agrees to forfeit security deposit in its entirety. DAY OF PROCEDURES: -*Check in with Owner, sign a statement sheet with time of arrival - Check out & sign a time of departure - Please check all doors & windows to make sure they are completely closed, and all completely locked (There is an additional $300 fine if any doors / windows are found unlocked after departure.) START /END TIMES: Are when production steps on the property and property completely vacated, door closed and equipment off the entire property is when time starts & ends officially. POST SHOOT: Guests must vacate immediately at the end of their booking period. Setup, breakdown & cleanup is counted as part of rental period. Lights to be turned off when not used, especially film lights. BASIC RULES & RESTRICTIONS: Minimum 3 hour rental. No Smoking anywhere on the property inside or outside. If you have to smoke, please go to the street area and bring something to put your cig buts. Please be aware if there's smell of smoke you'll be charged an additional fee of $500. There is no tolerance for smoking inside. Absolutely no ASH or cigarettes outside. No animals on the property unless previously agreed upon. No removing of anything off the property. *Please be respectful of the neighbors at all times. If we get a noise complaint you will be responsible and pay a $1,000 fine and potentially asked to leave. No loud projected audio or music allowed anytime outside and absolutely no outside noise after 10 PM. At 10pm, production needs to be inside and wrapping up. *No opening of any drawers, closets, or cabinets. *The production should provide everything the shoot needs. Production should provide own cutlery, paper towels, cups, plates, trash bags and other production supplies. CLEANUP: General vacuum of space & trash removal off property is required . All trash must be removed from the premises, and NOT deposited in our trash or recycle bins after the shoot. All wet garbage must be double bagged, knotted and disposed of accordingly SPILLS: All spills must be cleaned up immediately with paper towels and the cleaning products, and owner / location manager Must be notified. Any stains/ spills/ damage arising from the production will be the responsibility of the production company to repair and/ or clean. The floor is hi-gloss dark polished concrete and gorgeous. Any damage will be responsible of production company to fix. If equipment is in home and on floors, there must be a matt or rug put underneath to avoid scraping floor. FURNITURE: Furniture is not to be moved unless you get pre-approval with owner. You must have a detailed plan, no exceptions. If agreed upon by owner and furniture is moved, it must be moved back to exactly where it was once scene is complete. AC/HEATING: If A/C or heating is used, all windows & doors must be closed. If windows must be opened, A/C & heating must be turned off. KITCHEN: Use of kitchen is allowed and restricted to the oven, stove top, espresso machine (must provide own pods) and electric kettle. All used appliances must be cleaned. *Use of cutlery, dishware is not permitted. Again, production must bring own utensils and plates. PARKING: There is parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway only. For more parking there is plenty of street parking. (Rare off Mullholand) *Driveway & walkway to the main house must be kept clear. *Please treat this home as though it is your own - Please do not disclose our address out to anyone outside of those involved with the production without our approval. INSURANCE: The following must be obtained to secure this booking Please copy the following and send it to your insurance agent: The Guest will obtain a General Liability Insurance Certificate showing our name and the property address, as additionally insured certificate holder (contact us for more details.) The General Liability policy must provide the following basic minimum coverage: (Liability Policy limits for- Personal & ADV Injury- $1,000,000 Damage to rented premises each occur-$1,000,000 Medical Expense $5000 each occur. General Aggregate- $2,000,000 Products-Comp/Op, Agg- $1,000,000 Waiver of Subrogation (VERY IMPORTANT) CERTIFICATE HAS TO BE EMAILED TO US AT LEAST 2 DAYS PRIOR - We cannot host you without insurance.
