All photo shoots consisting of more than 15 guests may fall under event pricing. 1 hour Photography bookings will be billed at a rate of $120 plus fees. If more time is needed standard rates will apply. In addition please note that when booking Saturday's and Sunday's the rate is $80 per hour. NOTE: NATURAL LIGHT is none existent in the space on a cloudy, overcast day. Our floor to ceiling windows face WEST so exposure is best in the hours leading up to the SUN setting. The space never receives direct sunlight due to the position of the window. NOTE: WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND booking SOUND STAGE to eliminate all background NOISE. THESE RATE DO NOT APPLY TOO EVENTS. Great space! Awesome hosts. Lots of room for a small to medium shoot. I'd keep it crew and production size of 8-10 people or less. Very clean and organized AND is as described and photos.

Easy directions to location. We had to be patient this day due to the previous guest running behind. Staff came to make sure the place was ready for our setup. Inside we were pleased with the amount of space available. In the photo ad one wall looks blue but it's black. A speaker was available for sound. A refrigerator is there for food. Plenty of folding chairs and folding tables available. Space is great for most needs. The staff are friendly and make sure your pleased.
