PRICE AND HOURLY MINIMUM - NON-NEGOTIABLE. Please don't ask :) These are artist, small guest count rates. For commercial rates or multiple rooms, please inquire within. Stage comes with inlaid Bar LEDs & Neon signs only. It does NOT come pre-lit with LED tubes. Most photos utilized our Diamond Lighting and Stage Lights Packages. You can add our LED lights which give a wide variety of options in colors and movement. Lights can be set as static or moving around to imitate fire/police light and many other options. If you wish to save time & money to operate these, we offer to rent a lighting operator. If additional guests (more than booked) show up the production is shut down at NO REFUND. Please note, we are a small business - one person handling multiple locations all at once. This listing is not monitored 24/7. Please collect your questions into a single email. Available 7-days a week | 24-hours 140 amps Makeup Room Production Office Lobby Bathrooms 15-20 Parking Spaces Props come free of charge but cannot be guaranteed to be present or working on day of production. If your production hinges on a particular prop, please rent it independently. Sets subject to change. All furniture and props need to be reset to its original position in order to avoid a resetting fee. The crew after you will appreciate it. 6hr minimum. 6hrs time slots: 7am-1pm OR 2pm-8pm Please note, we do not provide any gear nor drinking water. Lights have to be set by your grip. As a reminder: Per industry standard, you only get access to the set/s booked. Exteriors, lounge HMU shots are NOT allowable. Site reps have no authority to allow, change, or switch anything that has not been part of our written agreement here. CLIENT MUST BRING THEIR OWN TRASH BAGS AND MUST TAKE THEIR OWN TRASH . NO DUMPSTER IS ON SITE.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Our team has taken the initiative to furthermore increase our cleaning standards, and will continue to do so when/if new information regarding Covid-19 comes out. Our facilities are cleaned before and after each production. Using disposable gloves, face masks, and disinfectant, our facility is cleaned in a safe manner for our staff and clients. We prioritize high touch surfaces, such as tables, doorknobs, light switches, faucets, and more, to assure our clients and staff can operate safely within the facility. Trash is taken out after each shoot, and new linens replace the trash bins. Our top priority is to keep the facilities clean and safe for our clients and staff, so we can all have an enjoyable shooting experience!

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
