Our space is a multipurpose chic venue that can be reimagined to suit your vision and deliver an entirely unique experience for your event guests and/or attendees. We have two spaces, one measuring 5,000 square feet, and the other measuring 3,000 square feet. Both are perfect for exhibitions, launch parties, birthday parties, seminars, or corporate holiday events. The layout of the venue allows guests and organizations to craft their event to a seating arrangement of their preference, whether theatre-seated arrangement, open floor plan, or a combination of both. In your inquiry please detail how many tables and chairs you will need. We can comfortably seat 250 guests with standing capacity of 500 guests in the 5,000 square foot space, and can seat 150 guests with standing capacity for 300 in the 3000 square foot space. Our open vendor policy allows you to work with whomever you like to create the perfect event. Guests can bring their own catering and supplies as well as take advantage of a wide variety of services from local vendors. We are nestled in the heart of Greenwich village, located close to the Astor Place 6 train, and as well as the 14th street stop for the 123.
Please make sure to account for load-in and out time in your booking to set up and break down. A security deposit $500 may be required depending on the scope of your event, to be made either as a check or PayPal transfer. Please be considerate of the space and tidy up before you leave. Clients and all vendors must provide a COI covering the scope of your activity prior to the scheduled event date. If alcohol is being served, we require all guests be 21+ and provide proof of identification. No late-night parties
