2500 square foot beautiful sleek and modern lounge equipped with kitchen and seating areas for multi-tiered entertainment. Rent it for parties, holiday gatherings, or any social event. Television and Satellite Radio capabilities. Rental is $150 per hour (from set up to clean up) Beer, wine and champagne are permitted. Hard liquor/cocktails are also permitted but require a licensed bartender and event insurance. We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance.

Please be respectful of the space and return it in the condition that it was delivered to you, at the time that your reservation ends. We are located inside a residential apartment home community, so please do know that you may see our wonderful residents and their pets as you enter and exit the building. Please be mindful of that when booking your event. Your space reservation time should include time for set up and clean up. If you're unsure how much time you will need, we recommend 1 hour before and 1 hour after your event time. For this very special space, we typically like to have the host of the event meet with our site team to walk through and ensure your needs are met. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The space itself was absolutely perfect for our event. The host was able to accommodate a couple of my requests I needed to keep my event running smoothly, which was much appreciated; however, we did have issues with the parking. I was assured there wouldn't be any problem with parking but we did have problems finding enough spaces for our guests. That being said the host made suggestions for how to improve that for next time, so that was helpful, if we do book this space again.

We used the space for a film shoot for 2 days. The host was incredibly responsive and super helpful leading up to the shoot. We certainly had some difficulty (almost deal breakers) with sound and noise for filming though. There is a gym directly off this room and the hallway above this room were open access to public as well. We ended up placing a PA at the doors above to keep the slamming hallway doors, talking and footsteps to a minimum. The gym noise was almost a deal breaker on day one with noise unmanageable however we placed sound blankets in front of the stairwell opening and gym doors 3 layers thick and continually monitored the gym. It worked out great in the end. Definitely do not consider this location for filming without planning ahead for the sound issues. As for the look of the space it was a great modern office look on camera. Some of the furniture was in worse condition than the photos and some lightbulbs were burned out in the room in the accent lighting, so we had to eliminated that from the shots, but no to big of a deal. Overall the space worked well for us with a loading ramp directly into the room grip truck with ample power outlets,. The vendor parking spots in the lot were not enforced by the property (we were told we'd have access to those). Apartment tenants ignored those spaces all day long, so our crew and talent had little to no parking options other than street. Having those spaces reserved in the future would really help. Win

Ms. Courtney was amazingly wonderful. Another venue cancelled on me at the last minute and she saved the day. I reached out to her explaining the situation asking if she had any other venue to accommodate my guest and she immediately responded with a space. The place was so spacious and beautiful and better than the one that cancelled on me. I had tons of questions and she was so patient and the response time back was quick. I would highly recommend this space. Thank you ten times over Ms. Courtney for helping make my daughter's surprise 25th birthday a success.

Really efficient and painless process. Courtney was super-responsive with communications and promptly answered my numerous questions leading up to shoot day. The onsite maintenance staff was friendly and helped quickly address a few questions we had on-location. The location itself was as-represented. No surprises at all. Building access, wi-fi, A/V...all of it was fine. There's a cool, semi-hidden ramp that goes from the parking lot down to the main lounge floor. The staff let us know about that and it made load-in of all our camera and lighting gear really quick. If you have a large production with a lot of people, parking can be tricky. We had about 25 cast and crew. Just plan that into your schedule. The staff gave us a map with defined parking areas, which was helpful. Even with that, for people unfamiliar with the area, it can be a little confusing. There's a high school across the street with its own parking and traffic issues, and some of the side streets have street cleaning schedules you have to be aware of. Point is, communicate this to your team and talent in advance. We had some late arrivers, but had built in some pad proactively to account for this. All in all, a really nice location with good built-in lighting and a helpful staff behind it all.

The space was absolutely perfect for our event! The only suggestion I would have is to streamline their check-in process. The facility itself is a bit confusing, and we had to work and search to find the worker in maintenance who was to be our point of contact. Besides that, thoroughly enjoyed everything about our booking, and would definitely use it in the future!
