About the Space
Large Modular Office in Culver City. MAX 20 guests due to COVID. Perfect for filming, meetings, interviews, training, presentations & working off site. You can slightly adjust the setting to fit your needs butmust set all back in place to avoid a $50fee. Free Onsite Parking. WIFI, Projector, and a large Whiteboard. There is a Reception desk that you use if needed. Restroom inside. Make your own Coffee here. Free water. Please specify if you need both rooms. Thank you. I can combine both rooms for $60.00hr. Parking spaces:7. Parking is shared with other tenants, there's also st parking free and metered.Please follow COVID SAFETY GUIDELINES PLEASE

- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
