Welcome to 1000 square feet of modern decor, positive energy and designer appeal right in central Brooklyn. Our beautiful space is ideal for any networking function, gallery event, tasting, panel or workshop for up to 80 people indoors and 40 people outdoors. (Quantities can be increased depending on clients comfort level with guests proximity to one another.) With endless convertibility, we offer a living space with backyard with boundless possibilities. We also provide additional rooms with colored themes for separate experiences when available and for additional fees. Tons of natural lighting floods the space from the backyard with gazebo and wicker bar. There is a full kitchen, prep station, cooking appliances for chef food and beverage demonstrations. We have several tables and chairs for seated events and will rent more as needed for additional fees. Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. It was a pleasure having Jaye as a host. Not only was her venue exquisite, but her and her team were a major help. This space exceeded my expectations with its unique design, and the backyard really is as wonderful as the pictures portray. If I ever need a space to have a get together or whatever the case may be, I will definitely be booking with Jaye!

It’s a great space! I hosted a game night here and Jaye was super helpful and very responsive leading up to the event. Daniel, the on-site host was awesome as well. I would use the space again if I weren’t relocating and would recommend to others.

We were able to host a baby shower here on Saturday and it couldn't have gone more beautifully. Jaye and her staff were so accommodating and everyone loved the space and had the best time - we even tried to extend our time there but there was another event booked after us! The space is gorgeous and I would recommend for any event. Thank you Jaye!

I am disappointed to give this place a 2 star rating given that I was impressed by all the amazing reviews and 5 star ratings prior to my event. Overall the space was very nice and clean. However here are a few points of improvement that I’d like to offer the host: 1. Communicate speaker specifications to guests: We were not informed that the speakers were not Bluetooth enabled and required aux plugs. This is a good point to communicate to guests who have iPhones. 2. Double check to ensure the wifi is working: We tried both passwords that were provided but neither worked. 3. Disclose that there are residents who rent the rooms in the space and it is not private. Before arriving, I told the host that this was a surprise party. My friends arrived earlier to set up and I showed up later with the main guests of the night. The host did not give us fair warning that there were other people staying in the rooms. Normally this would not have been a huge deal breaker; however, the guests walked out and ruined the surprise as our guest of honor saw them before we could jump out and surprise him. This was extremely awkward for both parties. Had I known this was not a private space, I would not have booked it. 4. Treat each event equally: We reached out to the host to see if we could drop off our party supplies beforehand but denied because of another event booking. That is completely understandable and in her right to say no as i did not reserve this time, but the fact that she told me it will be unfair to interrupt other peoples event, but yet my event was interuppted multiple times (the host food delivery came in during my reserved time, host coming out to the space, and guest walking in and out of the space) I felt it was unfair that my party was not treated with the same respect. 5. Leave space for the partygoers to store items in the fridge: I’ve booked with peer space 3 times prior to this event and this was the first time the fridge was completely full. We kept our drinks, cake and ice outside on the patio. It would have been great to know that we would not have access to the fridge. The host mentioned that the ice in the freezer was for another event the following day. 6. Communicate any restrictions to the party host and not to the party guests: Some of my guests arrived late and was not aware the ice in the freezer was not ours and our supplies were outside on the patio. The host confronted her about the unauthorized use of the ice in the freezer. She then pulled me aside and told me that she communicated to two guests that arrived earlier about the ice in the fridge and that my guests had a responsibility to communicate that information directly to me. Given that I am the responsible party host, it would have been more effective if she relayed that information for me to pass along to my party guests. Overall, this was not the best experience I’ve had on peer space and I’m disappointed that I had to write this review.
