This large and versatile, fully private assembly/meeting space is located in the Great America Technology Park in Santa Clara. The space is part of a Coworking Space and Startup Hub, which means that other visitors will be in the building, while the space itself can be closed off from the common areas. This 1,000 sqft space is optimal for Executive Meetings Large Team Off-Site, Smal Team Off-Sites, Lectures, Fundraisers, Workshops and Motivational Gatherings. For Weekday reservations after 6 PM, there is a 3 hour minimum. For Weekend reservations there is a 4 hour minimum. Our second day in the same space was just as excellent as the first. The space was clean and met all of our needs. The staff was attentive, helpful and consistently checked to make sure all was going well. Thank you!
The room size was excellent for our group of 40. Yanus and the entire staff were very helpful and accommodating. The video and sound system worked well. We would definitely rent the space again. Dennis
The space itself was great, but communication with the host was disjointed. Much of what I had communicated about # of chairs & tables needed and arrival time were lost in the flow, as on the back-end, my messages were responded to by 3 different people and not communicated to the next. This resulted in delays with check-in and setup, and having to communicate this to our client (for whom we were hosting the event). Everything ended up working out though!
We held a voter education event for Junior League members. I had originally envisioned having all 80 chairs out since I estimated we would have about 75 people. We only had 50 in the room and weren't sure how to get more. We had a little difficulty finding the entrance upon arrival and weren't able to contact Yasin using the phone number provided. We were able to find it eventually and really loved the space. We ended up pulling in a few chairs from the adjacent room. Yasin did stop by during the event, but I was pretty busy and didn't get a chance to meet him. Overall good experience. In the future, I would make sure that I was more explicit about how many chairs are needed and would try to provide more detailed instructions on how to get to the room for our event attendees.
