An on-site manager is available in case you need any assistance throughout your booking. We are located 5 miles north of Downtown Seattle along the Burke Gilman trail and beside Lake Union. We are a 5-minute walk from Gas Works Park, close to bus routes and close to downtown Fremont and Stoneway. We are also walking distance from a variety of eateries, cafes and coffee shops. Please note, we have a $1,000 minimum for weekend reservations.
-Under no circumstances whatsoever may event guests relocate from the designated reserved area into private work spaces. -Outside food and drinks are allowed for events. Set up, clean up, tear down of food service items must be coordinated by the renter. -All recycling and trash removal must be done by the renter. -A banquet permit is required if serving alcohol. -Renters will be responsible for restoring the space to the state it was upon arrival.
