The walls are filled with contemporary art and photography and double-stacked floor to ceiling bookshelves house a trove of some of the best literature on leadership, strategy, organization, governance, human resources, and change. The large bamboo conference table seats 10, and the adjacent lounge area easily accommodates an additional 6-10 guests in comfy chairs and a sofa. For larger gatherings, a dozen or more wooden chairs or metal 'perching' stools can be added to the room, bringing the seating capacity to 30. For celebrations, the room can be modified for receptions serving 45 guests. CAPACITY: 30 seated 45 standing At the back of the front room is a pair of French doors leading to a more secluded interior space that includes the bathroom, kitchen area and sink, Keurig coffee maker, printer and copier, and three private work stations. This space can also be used when guests need to take private phone calls mid-meeting, or room is needed for a smaller break out session. We hire a professional to clean and disinfect the space every two weeks on a regular basis, and additionally between bookings if the sequence requires.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
