The front room as you enter is a light-filled, inspiring salon space conducive to sparking new ideas, resolving business challenges, or celebrating victories. The walls are filled with contemporary art and photography and double-stacked floor to ceiling bookshelves house a trove of some of the best literature on leadership, strategy, organization, governance, human resources, and change. The large bamboo conference table seats 10, and the adjacent lounge area easily accommodates an additional 6-10 guests in comfy chairs and a sofa. For larger gatherings, a dozen or more wooden chairs or metal 'perching' stools can be added to the room, bringing the seating capacity to 30. For celebrations, the room can be modified for receptions serving 45 guests. CAPACITY: 30 seated 45 standing At the back of the front room is a pair of French doors leading to a more secluded interior space that includes the bathroom, kitchen area and sink, Keurig coffee maker, printer and copier, whiteboard, and 4 high-top stools. This space can also be used when guests need to take private phone calls mid-meeting, or room as needed for a smaller break out session. The central downtown location two blocks west of Union Square and proximity to public transportation and parking makes the space accessible from every direction.

I used this space for a group paint and sip activity for work and this was the perfect spot for it. The host was very accommodating, sweet, and provided extra service by allowing us to use his plates, ice bucket, silverware. The venue has it's own bathroom which is great. It was filled with very interesting artwork, and I would definitely book the space again.

Well, I all I can say is that it was fabulous. The space is comfortable and elegant at the same time. We held a team building event here to kick off tax season! (CPA firm) Lynn was the perfect accommodating host and so easy to work with. I highly recommend this space- you feel right at home at the door. Close to Union Square and very convenient. We'll book again for sure!
