The front room as you enter is a light-filled, inspiring salon space conducive to sparking new ideas, resolving business challenges, or celebrating victories. The walls are filled with contemporary art and photography and double-stacked floor to ceiling bookshelves house a trove of some of the best literature on leadership, strategy, organization, governance, human resources, and change. The large bamboo conference table seats 10, and the adjacent lounge area easily accommodates an additional 6-10 guests in comfy chairs and a sofa. For larger gatherings, a dozen or more wooden chairs or metal 'perching' stools can be added to the room, bringing the seating capacity to 30. For celebrations, the room can be modified for receptions serving 45 guests. CAPACITY: 30 seated 45 standing At the back of the front room is a pair of French doors leading to a more secluded interior space that includes the bathroom, kitchen area and sink, Keurig coffee maker, printer and copier, and three private work stations. This space can also be used when guests need to take private phone calls mid-meeting, or room is needed for a smaller break out session. The central downtown location two blocks west of Union Square and proximity to public transportation and parking makes the space accessible from every direction.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. We will definitely book this space again! We hosted a press event in Lynn's space and it was the perfect fit for us. It's a beautiful and visually unique space that can be configured for many types of activities. What a huge difference between this space and your usual hotel or co-working conference room. Easy access from the street level made this perfect for us to have guests come and go whenever they wanted. You'll have the whole space for yourself too. Lynn is an excellent host and went beyond our expectations so all we had to do was show up and enjoy our event.

We hosted a business dinner at Lynn's location. This is a very beautiful space, the very best I have ever rented on peerspace, and Lynn is a very gracious and welcoming host. We ordered food from outside and Lynn made plates, silverware, wine glasses available to us at no cost. We plan to rebook for our meeting in a few months, I won't bother looking elsewhere at all!!

Where do I begin? This gallery brought me compliments from so many friends! I absolutely loved the location, the aesthetics, the eclectic art collection and the vintage book collection. We had about 35 friends for my husbands 30th birthday and this space made it extra special, which will now stay forever a beautiful memory to us all ... Lynn is a gentleman. He was very responsive to my mails from the get-go, he made arrangements for everything - champagne glasses, wine glasses, ice tubs, silverware, dinnerware, serving spoons, etc.. He was ok with us arriving 15mins early to finish the setup, was at the venue awaiting us and helped us with a walk through of the location and left us for the night, until after and arrived again on to see us off towards end of the party.
