We had a lovely experience. The space was indeed welcoming, comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed. We appreciated the tea and coffee in the kitchen (and small chocolate squares, too!). The only piece of constructive feedback has already been addressed, and that was the temperature regulation in the room.
