Large full of character Victorian home half way between ocean and bay. Colorful kitchen and cozy rooms all around. Big front porch. Seven bedrooms, library room. Cluttered basement. Scruffy backyard. Think Sci Fi, Horror, Etc!! Note: Front windows and porch recently updated. 2500 sq ft Porch/Outdoor/House; any type of shoot can work here! Let us know if you'd like to scout. $750/day sec deposit

Health and Safety Measures
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

Claudia is very responsive and easy to work with. We had a quirky and unique concept for our film shoot - and the house was exactly what our directors were looking for: tons of spaces, fun decor, and great vibes. It worked well for recording audio - if people were filming upstairs, people were able to talk downstairs without being heard. Crew left in great spirits - would book again!
