About the Space
This space is a loft-style landscape photography gallery. It features 750 square feet downstairs, and about 200 square feet upstairs in an open loft. The front features 18 feet of window light from floor to ceiling and can be accessed by the standard front door, or the optionally-available roll up window garage-style door. The exterior of the gallery has a wide 6 foot overhang that provides shade and some shelter from light rain for events that span from inside to outside the gallery. Originally designed as a live/work/retail flex space, it features a small complete galley kitchen, single full bathroom and an open plan loft. The downstairs is typically configured with sofa and benches. The gallery has fine art photography hanging on the walls and on movable frames. What we Offer and FAQ We have 4, 6' folding tables, 4, 30" round cocktail tables and 16 folding chairs available for your use. Guests may arrange for delivery of rental chairs and tables beyond what we provide. You may bring in your own cooked food and/or alcohol as well as choose your own caterers. No cooking meals in the space. Warming food is ok. Coffee/Tea Service and table linens are available as add-on features. Please refer to our add-on list for other available features. 3 hour minimums for each booking. Set up and Clean up times must be included in the booking. The Gallery is well prepared for your visit with deep cleaning and sanitizing between guests. We have hand soap and antibacterial spray on hand as well. The garage door opens up to the outside to give plenty of room for your guests to mingle.

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors

The Space was Beautiful, warm and inviting. Diane was a great host, she answered all my questions and concerns, she even made last minute adjustments to my contract end time to accommodate my event. She is helpful and she will guide you every step of the way in making your event wonderful. She helped from beginning to end. The only thing I would suggest is that you don't allow guest to go on the side of the building, I hired a photographer, he wanted to use that area for pictures, I was unaware people live back there and the front doors to their homes are facing that area so it could be disturbing to the homeowners. Everything was Epic!!

This was a beautiful space and Diane was so great to work with. We had the best weather for my daughter’s graduation luncheon and with the garage door open the space was airy and sunny and you could not beat the gorgeous photographs on display. Definitely book this space for your next small event!

Don’t sleep on the venue! As, I was searching for a place to celebrate my 50th Birthday Affair. I keep looking at this venue online , but passing it up due to the size. The size didn't matter because this place gave us a indoor/out door feel due to the glass garage door opening. This place was the perfect place! Also, Diane the host is so professional. She made everything easy.
