Our studio is located in the East Bay Area of San Francisco, Fremont, CA. Near 680 and 880 freeways. 5 min away from shopping centers, restaurants and Warm Springs/South Fremont Bart Station. The space is perfect for weddings, family reunions, corporate meet ups, concerts and holiday parties. The 4,000 sq. ft warehouse has a lighting grid where you can hang lights and decorations, kitchenette, Roll Up Door 12’ x 15’ and plenty of space to host big events. We also have a lobby that can be rented separately, a chalkboard, bathrooms with multiple stalls and 4 available green rooms. Guests can use these for meetings, editing, presentations, co-working space, interviews, or brainstorming sessions. Renting this space includes: Warehouse space Cyc wall High speed wifi. Sound system. Projector. Foldable tables Kitchenette and dining table. Shower. 20+ reserved parking spaces. Coat rack and dressing room. *iMac rental, cyc wall restoration and scissor lift rental are for an additional fee.
Set up & clean up times are included in the rental hours. However, guests are expected to treat the space as if it were their own, with respect and care. The equipment shall be used only by your employees or agents qualified to use the equipment. Furniture must be moved back to where you found it Cyclorama and floor must be kept in good condition as approved by the management. Absolutely no drilling or attachments can be made into cyclorama wall/cove. We do have an extra fee if you like to have the Cyc wall restored which includes paint plus labor. Please message me to inquire. Service and ESA are welcome as long as they have been mentioned prior to the booking. Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors Please message with any further questions. FEES: There is a fee of $500.00 for productions over 20 people.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
