Welcome to our tropical gated mini-estate that is perfect for you next film or photo shoot. Located right off the 101 freeway, you will find the perfect shot in our natural rock waterfall, which splashes into a sparkling laguna-style lap pool or our Tiki hut and bbq pit. Our space is ideal for: TV Series Shoots, Dance Shoots, Documentary Shoots, Fitness Videos, Filmed Interviews, Promotional Videos, Web Series Shoots, Apparel Shoots, Fashion Shoots, Head Shots, etc. We are excited and eager to work with you on your next project!
Required security deposit: Clean BBQ after use Only flameless candles allowed Do not unplug any electronics Do not move furniture unless agreed upon with host No glass in the pool Smoking is restricted to outdoors Damages and overtime will abide by Peerspace policies Leave the space as you found it. There is free street parking in front of the property.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
