All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Our 2,500 square foot venue offers the perfect setting to host your event. Located in East Williamsburg conveniently off the L, J/M, And G train. With a 30 foot handmade concrete bar with custom light fixtures and a Beer Garden with a retractable roof. A Urban Rustic feel with great natural lighting. With an all around sound system, DJ booth with full setup, 17 flat screen TV's, and a small stage area. We also have plenty of board games including beer pong!! Capacity in garden - 45 seated Capacity inside - 60 Can accommodate 105 persons Full Kitchen, 16 taps, draft cocktails, and wine. We are open to host events and parties of all types and sizes. Our most popular package $35 per person includes: burgers, wings, fries, salad and unlimited house wine and beer for 3 hours. Carlo was incredibly responsive and helpful. His space was lovely and the staff was incredible. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend booking with Carlo and his team. We had my sisters 30th birthday there and the back space we a nice private and air conditioned area that was perfect!

I can not say enough good things about this event space. From Carlo the Host, who helped me plan out every detail, to Biagio who was there to take care of absolutely anything and everything we needed day of, to Mitch who cooked and handled every odd and end there was and each of them were more friendly and accomodating than the next. The Bar tenders were beautiful, friendly and kind. Each person involved made this experience unforgettable. The venue is beautiful from the spacious covered garden, with solid wooden tables with roth iron accents, with plenty of fans and AC to cool it down on a hot day, to the inside with its classic concrete bar and spacious booths. It was perfect for my party set up. 10 out of 10 I will be booking this venue for future parties!!

Had the most amazing time in this space. We celebrated a surprise 30th birthday party. The staff was so generous, attentive, and friendly throughout every interaction. We were given vegan and vegetarian options as part of the food and drink package. The drinks and food were delicious. On top of all this- we were encouraged to decorate the space and arrange the tables and chairs as needed. We cannot say enough good things about our experience.

Carlo is very attentive and this place has amazing lovely view and vibes. Staff was super friendly and kind. I’m so happy with doing my small intimate wedding 💒 ceremony with close family and friends. But also having such a great host and staff surrounded. I totally recommend this place. The food was delicious and I can see myself doing more events in the future ☺️.
