We have 6200+sqft, air conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans, a beautiful full stage, two jumbo screens - one on each side of the stage and a double booth that can be used for audio/video. Just minutes from downtown Austin, it is an elegant ballroom that is lovely enough for a ceremony, and spacious enough for the reception, and it is perfect for conferences, parties, live music, movies, quinceaneras, anniversaries, and more with free parking. There is a bride's dressing room available and space for cocktails as the room transitions from the ceremony to a banquet hall with onsite catering. Maximum guests are 1000 standing or 500 seated. Over 70 onsite free parking spaces are available as well as free public street parking. For extra large events, nearby lots may be used by permission. This listing is geared toward conferences, meetings, offsite events. Onsite catering is available, but not included in the price. If you need chairs & tables (for seating up to 100), curtains/blinds, or other dividers, such items are included in the price. Additional equipment is available for an additional fee.
