About the Space
Update (08/30/23): We've acquired new AC units and have rectified the temperature issue within the space. Located in the heart of Manhattan, this space is a fully stocked, one-stop shop for all your event, photography, and film-production needs. Please inquire with us about our broad array of in-house equipment rentals, available with your booking. Studio A, located on the second floor of the building, houses a spacious, white cyclorama; two hair and makeup stations; a kitchenette; and a bathroom. It is accessible by elevator or stairs. Take advantage of our unique view of the Midtown East skyline and historic Sutton Place neighborhood by booking our private rooftop for a flat rate of $500 per day. The Rooftop, which offers old-school NYC charm and a panoramic view of the surrounding neighborhoods, is available for photo, video and film shoots. It is not available for events, meetings, or social functions. It cannot be rented alone, and instead must be paired with your rental of Studio A. - Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Nice spacious studio, very clean, and accomodating. Although our team brought equipment, we needed a few more things, so Alexander took time out to make sure we had everything we needed to continue.

The space was perfect for what we needed, easy check in and great communication with Alexander. We had a photo and film shoot with about 20 people. Only thing is the AC is not central, it was hot with the lights and the people.

The space itself is great! We had all the equipment we needed and were able to capture good video. Unfortunately, the little AC unit was not large enough to cool down the entire space, and we had to buy additional fans. Do not book in the summer!

Place was fine. The noise from the street is very prominent - it’s near the bridge and also not sound proofed. Would recommend for a photo shoot only.

They were very accommodating, and the studio was well equipped. It is centrally located and close to a lot of restaurants . Accessing to the studio is straightforward with the door codes the provide.
