About the Space
Located in the heart of Manhattan, this space is a fully stocked, one-stop shop for all your event, photography, and film-production needs. Please inquire with us about our broad array of in-house equipment rentals. Located on the second floor of the building, this midtown-studio boasts a spacious, white cyclorama; two hair/ makeup stations; a kitchenette; and a bathroom. The studio is accessible by elevator or stairs. Take advantage of our unique view of the Midtown East skyline and historic Sutton Place neighborhood by booking our private rooftop for a flat rate of $500 per day. The Rooftop, which offers old-school NYC charm and a panoramic view of the surrounding neighborhoods, is available for photo, video and film shoots. It is not available for events, meetings, or social functions. It cannot be rented alone, and instead must be paired with your studio rental. - High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Nice spacious studio, very clean, and accomodating. Although our team brought equipment, we needed a few more things, so Alexander took time out to make sure we had everything we needed to continue.
