*All events must be family & friends only, NO public events, NO selling admission tickets *No smoking of any kind in the venue or within 100 yards * No selling of alcohol * No underage Drinking * Please don't hang out in the front or in the alley * All rentals include set-up and tear-down in the 5 hour minimum booked time. If you need time to set-up at the beginning you must book extra time for that, & don't forget that the space must be cleaned-up & left the way you found it when you leave, so be sure to schedule that in as well * You must turn the volume down by 11 pm as the neighbors will call the cops. If you do not comply, you will incur a fine * Please don't use tape on the walls * Please don't drag furniture, we love to keep our floors looking great! * Please no glitter or confetti (Unless you are willing to clean it up :) * Trash should be placed in the bins and we will take care of the rest * Front door must be locked upon departure from the space * If any of these rules are not kept, you will be charged a minimum of $100
I used the space for our team retreat and it was perfect. The space was very comfortable and spacious. We were able to do our team building activities in a relaxing environment and be stress-free for a day. This was a great space.
Excellent space! I celebrated my big 40 here and I loved it. Hazel made my booking experience seamless and was extremely prompt in answering all of my questions online. Highly recommend this cozy space - everyone in my party asked how I found out about this venue.
We had a great experience working with Hazel! Our baby shower turned out beautifully! This space is so homey and we were able to make the space our own. Hazel was great to communicate with and we had everything we needed!
This space fit our wedding well. It was the perfect space for just shy of 50 people seated. The host was helpful and answered a lot of panicked questions as we got closer to the date and helped out and was kind when we ran late. We loved having the space and our guests complemented the uniqueness of the venue.
This was one of the best places I’ve ever rented that wasn’t a Banquet hall. Hazel was so sweet and so helpful with my booking process. She was prompt and on time as she said she would be. The space was beautiful! Everyone at my sisters party commented on how nice the space was. It was just what I needed for my sisters party and if I ever have anything again I will definitely keep this space in mind. Thank again!!
Hazel was amazing! We got to tour the space ahead of time, all tables and chairs were waiting for us when we arrived, set up and cleanup was a breeze, and Hazel even warned us prior to our event about a Cubs game so our commute wasn't hindered. It was the perfect place for our engagement party. I'd absolutely recommend this space and this wonderful host!
