*This listing is for our full-buyout. For our semi-private listings, click on my Peerspace profile https://www.peerspace.com/profiles/5a2989572617980d004314b1 This listing is for our three distinct spaces, with three distinct vibes (and a fully independent sound system that lets you play different music in each space). The taproom itself is full of locally and sustainably harvested redwood with lovely live edges. It also features real barnwood from the family barn, where the owners got their start brewing beer. The lighting is warm and flattering thanks to massive Edison bulbs recessed in glass globes. The Beer Garden is a great spot for al fresco drinking and dining -- day or night. The perimeter is lined with locally and sustainably harvested redwood slab benches and community tables. There's a lovely fire pit that can warm the hands of up to ten people, and stump-style seating throughout for a woodsy vibe. There's crushed granite throughout, with concrete under about 25% of the seating so we can accommodate guests with wheelchairs. Space heaters, the fire pit, and lovely bistro lighting make this space equally attractive before and after sunset. Guests can order beers from the window without having to re-enter the taproom. The Framily Room is drenched with light, color, and jungalo vibes. A massive slab conference/banquet table (made from locally, sustainably harvested redwood) seats 14 comfortably, and the entire room holds 42 seated or standing. Unique, custom Monterrey Pine floors were also locally sourced, and feature live-edges like you've never seen in a floor. Plants hang languidly from the ceiling, which also serves as a canvas for the lantern-like sculptures from nearby NIAD, an non-profit for artists with disabilities. Huge windows look down on the beer garden and are perfect for watching the sunset over Mt. Tam. Live-edge stand-up bars and bar seating wrap around two walls, and cushioned bench-style seating wrap around the other two walls. A whimsical mural from a seventeenth-century woodcut climbs the stairs (this space is not ADA accessible) and there's a minimalist dart board for fun.
