Two Story 10,000 sq. ft. building, beautiful concrete floors, high open ceilings, and new multi-stall ADA compliant restrooms. This large industrial creative space is ideal for off-site events, workshops + master classes, production office, rehearsal space, virtual reality shoots. Also available for photo shoots, film shoots, music videos, set builds, pop-up events and gallery. Open 24/7. However, no amplified music is allowed outside of the venue and all music must end by 10:00pm. We value our neighbors (which are a mix of residential and commercial) and request that doors remain shut unless you are hosting a public project and guests remain inside of the venue during the project. Bottom floor for events only, and second floor for office & staging. Next door parking in rear City lot, or across 6th in 2nd City lot, plus other designated parking options available. Available for most uses, as long as does not conflict with City rules. No blocking of alley flow of traffic and should not in any event ever block access or park in front of a neighbor's property. However, no amplified music is allowed outside of the venue and all music must end by 10:00pm. Load ins should be via the front entrance. We value our neighbors (which are a mix of residential and commercial) and request that doors remain shut unless you are hosting a public project and guests remain inside of the venue during the project. Security is required for events/production greater than 40 people. Building manager at $20/ph required for certain events/group size. Please be honest about your use, people and time frame as additional charges will be collected for inaccurate reservations.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
