Welcome to our 1300 sq. ft. three story SoMa loft with Artwork covered walls. "It went fantastic. We are big fans!" Space features - Our space has a living room, dining room, open floor plan with two story ceilings – the living room seats 4 – the dining room seats 8 - there is a large Samsung LED TV to project presentations on - The Kitchen opens to the Living room and Dining room with granite counters.- - Music system throughout house – for entertaining - ¾ guest bathroom on the first floor, with a second bathroom on the 3rd floor - The Loft level has a catwalk that has been used to address guests in the living room/dining room below - The Loft has a full office, printer, glass desk, glass credenza and round glass conference table that seats four - There is a large screen TV to view PC presentations - A glass door servers as the perfect white board - A guest bedroom off the office has been used for breakout sessions and the oversized mirrored doors inside make a great white board - The 3rd floor is a master bedroom with 1.5 story ceilings and floor to ceiling glass windows that overlook the city - The 3rd floor opens onto a private deck with a 180-degree view of the city from 10th and Market to the UCSF campus. The deck contains a hot tub, fountain, large olive trees, bamboo and is lit at night - The 3rd floor also opens up onto a large public roof deck that has unobstructed views from Potrero hill to fox plaza including sutro tower and diamond Heights The layout lends itself for small off sight meetings – entertainment, I have hosted 40 people very comfortably and Photography/Commercial shoots, I have let photographers use the past for photo shoots.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
