The front room as you enter is a light-filled, inspiring salon space conducive to sparking new ideas, resolving business challenges, or celebrating victories. The walls are filled with contemporary art and photography and double-stacked floor to ceiling bookshelves house a trove of some of the best literature on leadership, strategy, organization, governance, human resources, and change. The large bamboo conference table seats 10, and the adjacent lounge area easily accommodates an additional 6-10 guests in comfy chairs and a sofa. For larger gatherings, a dozen or more wooden chairs or metal 'perching' stools can be added to the room, bringing the seating capacity to 30. For celebrations, the room can be modified for receptions serving 45 guests. CAPACITY: 15 for off-site retreats 30 seated for lectures/concerts 45 standing for receptions and special events At the back of the front room is a pair of French doors leading to a more secluded interior space that includes the bathroom, kitchen area and sink, Keurig coffee maker, printer and copier, white board and 4 high-top stools. This space can also be used when guests need to take private phone calls mid-meeting, or room is needed for a smaller break out session, or staging area for a caterer.
