The front room as you enter is a light-filled, inspiring salon space conducive to sparking new ideas, resolving business challenges, or celebrating victories. The walls are filled with contemporary art and photography and double-stacked floor to ceiling bookshelves house a trove of some of the best literature on leadership, strategy, organization, governance, human resources, and change. The large bamboo conference table seats 10, and the adjacent lounge area easily accommodates an additional 6-10 guests in comfy chairs and a sofa. For larger gatherings, a dozen or more wooden chairs or metal 'perching' stools can be added to the room, bringing the seating capacity to 30. For celebrations, the room can be modified for receptions serving 45 guests. CAPACITY: 30 seated 45 standing At the back of the front room is a pair of French doors leading to a more secluded interior space that includes the bathroom, kitchen area and sink, Keurig coffee maker, printer and copier, and three private work stations. This space can also be used when guests need to take private phone calls mid-meeting, or room is needed for a smaller break out session. This was our 3rd time using this space for a training and we absolutely love it! Lynn is a wonderful host, a true pro with a kind heart. The space is amazing; great for creatives as well as professionals. There's a paid parking lot behind the building too. A treasure.
We threw an interactive game for our friends at Lynn’s space and I’m so glad we did. From his photos alone we knew his space was gorgeous but being in it, was surreal. It was the perfect backdrop to our party. On top of that, Lynn was so flexible in accommodating our schedule changes and extra requests. He was quick to respond throughout the leadup and during the event. Without a doubt, I would reccomend this space to others.

The venue was just what we needed. Perfect for an offsite/brainstorming discussion with a small number of colleagues (6 in our case). Lynn was a delightful and very helpful host.
Lynn is great host. He made sure that we have everything we needed for the shoot. Prior to the shoot it was very easy to communicate with him. His space have a lot of personality. It is perfect for small art events of shoots.
This is an absolutely magical space. I held a two-day team meeting for a design team here and it was fantastic. Easy to get to. Parking is very available. Easy to get to from BART/Muni. Close to hotels and restaurants. But, it's the host and his choice of decor that makes it magical. Lynn is fabulous and attentive. If you can grab extra time with him, do so. He has a wonderful background and expertise. Highly recommended.
