About the Space
Our studio is a 1,700 sq ft open space, featuring huge windows on one full side. The studio is beautifully decorated and located in the center of the historical Downtown Los Angeles. We would highly recommend bringing in great audio recording equipment and sound proofing tools as we could not control the sound from our surrounding area.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The studio itself was nice and spacious. I was able to get all of the shots I needed. The only issues I had were not due to the host but the building opened 10-15mins late so we didn’t start on time, the elevators were broken and the restroom was out of service. Again none of those issues were any fault of the host.

The studio was clean and tidy. It offers a lot of different beautiful backdrops for photos and the natural light conning from the huge windows is really amazing. It was really easy to go in the building and parking was a breeze with the public parking right across the street. I would definitely recommend!
