Located in the heart of the buzzing Arts District in Los Angeles with 3,300 square feet of flexible inside space plus 3,000 square feet of outside space and a roll up door that connects the two. We can comfortably accommodate up to 200 guests inside and 250 guests outside for an additional rental fee, with the ability to create the setting, or set of your dreams. FUN STUFF (JK - this is the fine print): Set up and tear down time: Rental period starts at the set up of the event and ends when tear down is complete so please make sure to account for this when determining the full amount of time you will need. Extended hours: If you are having a great time and need to extend your rental, just text us one hour prior to your contracted ending time to let us know how much longer you will expect to stay. Smoking: No smoking anywhere inside the building. Housekeeping: Each renter assumes responsibility for returning the space the same condition as they found it upon arrival. Any items that are moved during your rental must be returned to their original spots. All trash must be collected and disposed of properly and all items brought into the space must be removed. There is an additional $100 cleaning fee for groups larger events. All lights, air conditioner, heater, fans and electrical equipment must be turned off. Security: Each renter assumes responsibility for the security of the space during each rental period. For larger events, outside security guards will need to be hired - we can give you some good guidelines on how many you will need. Renters are responsible for the conduct of their guests during their event at all times. Parking: Street parking and paid parking lots are available in the neighborhood. We are also close to Union Station and Metro bus stops that are a short Uber or Lyft ride away. If you are inclined to bike, we have a Metro Bike stand on the corner of our block! We encourage ride sharing and there are always drivers in the area to get you where you need to go.
