- Do I need to take care of the cleaning? Yes, you are responsible for cleanup although we will handle all of our supplies (including food/beverage arrangements and setup). If your event requires additional cleanup, it is possible and we may include this in your time reservation. - Can we all order lunch? Of course! We have a full menu which can be accommodated into catering sized portions--including finger sandwiches, cheese plate, mixed fruit, etc. Of course, bottles of wine and beer, as well as a variety of non-alcoholic beverages. Please just make sure to submit your order at least a week in advance so that we can make sure to have it all ready at the time you need it. - Can I bring in a caterer for my event? We do allow caterers for special events. There is a $5 per person additional charge. You can select any caterer you’d like, but they will not be permitted to utilize our kitchen, as it will be reserved for our staff and our own cafe operations. If your caterer will need access to the loading dock, please let me know right away. - Can I bring in or order food from outside? Can you recommend anywhere? Sure! You’re welcome to have food delivered from anywhere in the city or bring in your own food. A lot of people really like using services like Seamless.com to see what restaurants in the area deliver. There is a $5 per person additional charge. - Can I bring my own alcohol for my event? We have an awesome beer and wine menu, which you are welcome to pre-order or set up as an open tab. We only allow outside wine at this time with a $10 corkage fee per bottle. - Special Services: If you require any other special requests, don't hesitate to ask! We're happy to pick up your pizza for you, work with your caterers, re-configure our space, work with you on deliveries, or order additional furniture you may need. We had a great offsite at this location. Bright, open space with tons of windows, and lots of nooks and crannies for small team huddles. The staff, particularly Loane, was really helpful. Food was good too. All in all, a great experience and far better than dreary hotel conference rooms we've used before. A couple notes: the windows open onto public space, so if you have highly confidential information to be shared on screen, this could be a challenge. Also the space doesn't have its own restroom, it's a long walk down the interior of the building to two public restrooms. They were clean so it wasn't a big issue.
We used this space for a workshop and it was great! Todd (onsite manager) was incredible at helping us with moving around furniture and making the space exactly what we wanted. Kendra (offsite contact) was also super responsive via peerspace and helped me with all of my nitpicky questions. Only flaw is the bathrooms are not in the building, and you have to walk a bit outside and past a court yard to get to them. That's confusing to guests and generally inconvenient. Still, I'd return!
The event space was perfect for our Team offsite. The A/V Equipment was good and the presentations we did went smoothly. The food was very good and on time. We used the rooms for breakout sessions that also worked very well for our team.
This space is AWESOME! We had a 35 person brainstorming meeting and it was perfect. Lots of space and areas for people to meet and be creative. The staff was BEYOND amazing. From the second I showed up they were helpful, kind, and extremely professional. They checked in throughout the day and were super efficient making sure everything was to our liking. Everyone on staff was super helpful. I can't speak highly enough about our experience. The food and beverages were also amazing. Our entire group loved this space! We'll be back for sure!
