About the Space
My residence is a French Salon with deep colored walls filled with contemporary art and photography. The living room is furnished with original French club chairs, a modern chaise, and a baby grand piano. The adjacent conference / dining room includes a table for 8-10 guests, an Art Nouveau buffet, and china and crystal if needed for a special dinner. The kitchen has a professional gas cooking stove and a Sub Zero refrigerator. The library / study in the back of the residence is a great space to take a phone call, have a private conversation, read a book, or catch up on the news.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
