** This is a 4000 square ft space as our office and studio and we are excited to share it with the creative community in the Bay Area. The rentable area is a 2,100sf professional video studio in Santa Clara, which is perfect for Hybrid Meetings, Birthday Parties, Small Weddings, portrait sessions, product shoots, fashion shoots, creative projects, meetings, and the best possible video and photo content. Our high-ceiling studio is a fully equipped ideal place in Silicon Valley for training, Startup pitching, Product demo, small seminar, meet-ups, Concerts, special family events, and panel discussions. The area is easy to navigate and gives room to the audience. We are in downtown Santa Clara, near Santa Clara Square, have quick access to freeways, and around the corner are restaurants, cafes, and Whole Food. The studio features an industrial vibe with high ceilings and plain white walls as well. We have 8 modern panel discussion and interview chairs/stools, green, black, and red backdrops that are included in your rental. There are two restrooms that are sanitized daily. Our studio is easily accessible. There are over a hundred free parking spaces close by in the quiet industry park. **Booked rental time includes setup and tear-down. minimum 4 hours. Overtime is charged at 1.5x hourly rate per Peerspace’s policy. Less than 4 hours $149/hour The studio must be returned to the exact condition you found it in and teardown time is included in your rental so please book accordingly. Please treat our studio as if it was your own. We understand that things happen, so if anything breaks during your rental period, please let us know immediately so that we can help. There may be a replacement fee for damaged equipment/props. If your project requires more than 80 people present in the studio at the same time there will be a +$10/person surcharge. We had a stand up comedy show in the space, and it was incredible. Staff was there to help with anything we needed, and made sure everything went as planned without a hitch. They were incredibly professional, responsive, and kind throughout the entire booking process as well. As for the space, it was beautiful, and perfect for what we needed. We had our wedding ceremony at Diana's Ding Ding TV studio! The studio and stage lighting was great for our indoor event and allowed our photographers to capture our moments in well-lit photos. The studio's wood flooring and the stage were beautifully maintained and showed well in photos. We were able to tour the space in advance with Diana for our decorations planning. The studio was spacious and clean which enabled our decorators to efficiently prepare it on the day of our ceremony. The space was perfect for our celebration with 30 of our closest families and friends. Diana was always responsive and was personally caring of us having a successful wedding ceremony. We had a wonderful day - thanks to Diana.
