Our studio is very flexible and adapts to multifunctional purposes for events. Easy to decorate on the stage, 100' LED TV Screen, wall, and create atmosphere with studio lighting on high-ceiling. Two ADA-complained restrooms are sanitized daily. Brandnew Kitchenette is equipped with filtered drinking water, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee machine. Our studio is easily accessible, near Santa Clara Square, has quick access to freeways, and around the corner are restaurants, cafes, Whole Foods, and Costco. There are over a hundred free parking spaces close by in the quiet industry park. **Booked rental time includes setup and tear-down. minimum 4 hours. Please book enough time. Overtime is charged at a 1.5x hourly rate per Peerspace’s policy. **8 hour+ has 15% off space rental, $89/hour for weekdays, 135/hour for weekends, Less than 4 hours is $149/hour. **The studio must be returned to the exact condition you found it in and teardown time is included in your rental so please book accordingly. We will provide a disinfectant station in our bathroom that includes soap, disposable paper towels, hand sanitizer, and disposable gloves.
