Quiet West Oakland 1900sq ft photography studio with natural light availability along with 12ft wide shooting area. Free lighting assistance for beginners Late night availability PLEASE NOTE CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED Our studio has heavy equipment and adult images on the walls not appropriate for small kids. While we adore children our space is not kid friendly. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

A good place to shoot and the host was very responsive. He was present throughout the shoot to assist us with his lighting fixtures. The only issue was the stench and the backdrop was very dirty so it made our BTS video not appealing and editing a bit hectic.

This studio is overcrowded and it is not a conducive space for creatives the images are deceiving, felt like I was in a box. Host was present all through the shoot which added to the unpleasant atmosphere. My photographer fell ill while shooting, we lost about 30mins and the host did not show any sympathy. If you are a creative this is not the space for you but if you’re not and just want to take random photos then may be. I will not be booking again.

Curtis had an excellent space. It was very wide and open for the shot I was going for. He was super responsive and helpful during the shoot. Curtis is very respectful and super attentive! I recently returned to Curtis for another photoshoot session, once again they exceeded my expectations! Curtis is incredibly accommodating and professional ensuring every detail of our shoot was perfect. The studio itself provides a stunning backdrop with its unique features from props to lighting.
