Our downtown San Jose restaurant/wine bar is home to a Private Dining/Event Room perfect for hosting corporate and personal private events. The 582 sq. ft. Private Dining Room seats up to 40 guests, can accommodate up to 60 with a stand-up, mix and mingle style set up, and features a 10-foot projector enabled screen with surround sound for presentations via laptop, personal slide presentations, or viewing of DirectTV events. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY All bookings require a 4-Hour Minimum 11:30AM-4PM Tuesday-Saturday (Lunch Rate) 4PM-9PM Sunday-Monday (Evening | Dinner Rate) 4PM-10PM Tuesday-Saturday (Evening | Dinner Rate) *Featured Hourly Booking Rate* Evening / Dinner Rate $535/hr + tax + tip = $697/hr food/bar tab Lunch Rate $275/hr + tax + tip = $358/hr food/bar tab ——————— FOOD AND BAR Food and bar minimums are included in the booking rate and typically serve up to 40 guests. A pre-selection of beverages (wine, beer, cocktails, non alcoholic beverage packages) must be confirmed with the Event Manager. Wine Club Members are granted a total of two (2) bottles per event at member pricing. Non- alcoholic beverages (coffee, iced tea, soda, sparkling water, etc.) are available as well. A pre-set menu is required for all groups of 15 or more, including any children. Customization and upgrades are available for an additional fee with prior notification. Vegetarian and Gluten-free menu items are available for an additional fee and upon request. Please consult with the Event Manager for information regarding all available menu packages. Headcount: The Client agrees to furnish the restaurant with a final guest count three (3) business days prior to the event date, so that we may have the seating set up accurately for your event. Please message host for more details. *Outside catering is permitted with prior written approval by host in advance. We do not have a parking lot.
CORKAGE POLICY We provides all beverages for events. On rare occasions, on a case-by-case basis, corkage is permitted with the following corkage fees applying: $20++ per 750 ml bottle, $40++ per bottle corkage fee per Magnum or larger. PRICING - PLEASE NOTE When not hosting private events, we operate as a wine bar and restaurant open to the public. Our minimums are relative to closing to the public for your event. FOOD AND BAR *In-house bar service only (no outside beverages allowed) *Minimum required spend may go towards food/bar or bar *Outside catering is welcome with host approval RESTRICTIONS: *No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. *No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed on site. *No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects. *No face painting, hand paints, stains, or other similar activity allowed. INSURANCE: Additional Event Insurance is required and may be obtained through Eventhelper.com. Please list the host as additional insured. EARLY DROP OFFS & LATE PICKUPS: Early drop offs of equipment outside normal booking hours will require a $50.00 per scheduled appointment.
