This unique, experimental storefront space is approximately 1,300 square feet with 24 feet ceiling height. The space can easily be transformed for multiple functions including but not limited to art gallery, pop-up/retail events, photo shoots, office parties/events, and panel events. Full A/V is available with programmable LED lighting, JBL speakers and wireless mic system. The frontage is encased with glass doors and windows which allow for great natural lighting but if you're trying to prevent natural lighting, drapes are available. A very large parking lot is conveniently located adjacent to the property which can be utilized for large vehicles and guests. There is a 900 square feet conference/lounge area behind the storefront space that can be rented for an extra fee. This space is great for a breakout session, private meetings, VIP station, etc. It is equipped with a large conference table with 12 chairs, furniture for the lounge area and a coffee machine(takes whole beans).
-Absolutely No Smoking. - Renter must arrange to pick up / drop off keys to the space and come in during office hours to be briefed on unlocking/locking process. -The renter is required to clean up general trash and remove all equipment, furniture and waste following the event. For excessive damages and/or missing goods, the card on file will be charged. -Renter agrees to comply with all applicable city, county, State, and Federal laws and shall conduct no illegal act on the premises. This is a drug free and non-smoking facility at all times, NO EXCEPTIONS. Client shall not sell alcohol on premises at any time. Client may not serve alcohol to minors on the premises at any time. Client agrees, for everyone’s safety, to ensure alcoholic beverages are consumed in a responsible manner. We reserves the right, in its exclusive discretion, to expel anyone who in its judgment is intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who shall in any manner do or participate in any act jeopardizing the rights, use permit, or insurability of the space or the safety of its staff, guests, or building contents. -Client is responsible for securely closing and/or securing the location at the end of the session. This includes the main door and the metal roll up doors. A service charge of $100.00 along with any charges for replacement/repair costs will be charged to the client if the space is not properly shut and secured. -Booking time includes setup, breakdown and cleaning. Additional costs will incur unless previously arrangements have been made. -No use of office space upstairs. -Client must report damaged or missing equipment immediately. -No pets allowed without prior consent. -Renter is required to provide insurance for the entire length of the rental.
John was an amazing Host. The venue was amazing and i would recommend this venue to everyone for their special occasion. John made sure i had everything i needed for the party. John was very supportive and attentive to any request or question i had prior to my big birthday party
