In the heart of downtown, this recently restored 1915 bungalow on Cesar Chavez is close to everything. The main gallery space and side room (650 sf) are perfect for micro weddings, parties, art shows, film & photo shoots, etc. Rental includes the front courtyard and rear lot. For most rentals, the two side offices will be closed, these rooms are available for multiple day rentals and SXSW. The entire building is 1,200 sf. Please plan to visit the space before renting. Photos are indicative of past events and don't necessarily reflect the current set-up. The gallery space and conference room fit 50 comfortably and the front and back courtyards can accommodate more. We have a conference table and chairs, four black lounge chairs and two indoor/outdoor benches. Any additional required seating or tables would need to be rented. New! We now have a bridal preparation suite on site, in the form of a 1969 Golden Falcon travel trailer, available as an add-on as needed. We can coordinate to have a stylist onsite if needed.

We rented the Atelier 1205 for a last minute corporate event and I couldn't be more pleased. And the space... the layout and vibe was perfect for a dinner with friends, no one could believe such a cozy spot was located in the middle of downtown. It made decorating a snap! Nicole was very communicative and responsive. The space was perfect for our group, with plenty of room to mingle out front and back. The industrial metal planters out front provide privacy from the street, so the front patio is very inviting.

The space was perfect for my daughter's graduation party & everyone kept saying how nice it was. The customer service I received was so amazing that the space could have been horrible & I still would have booked it. I had a few snags with the furniture company & Nicole saved the day each time. If I ever need a space again in Austin, I will try here first.
