About the Space
In the heart of downtown, this recently restored 1915 bungalow on Cesar Chavez is close to everything. The main gallery space and side room (650 sf) are perfect for micro weddings, parties, live music venue art shows, film & photo shoots, etc. Any event with more than 50 guests, will need to be booked directly with our venue. Rental includes the front courtyard and rear lot. For most rentals, the two side offices will be closed, these rooms are available for multiple day rentals and SXSW. The entire building is 1,200 sf. Please plan to visit the space before renting. The gallery space and conference room fit 50 comfortably and the front and back courtyards can accommodate more. Photos are indicative of past events and don't necessarily reflect the current set-up. We have a conference table and chairs, four black lounge chairs and two indoor/outdoor benches. Any additional required seating or tables would need to be rented. NEW! Bar Services now provided exclusively through Peak Beverage.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

After much researching in the Austin area, I found Atelier 1205 and booked it for my 30th Birthday Dinner. It was absolutely perfect! We had about 25 guests and rented tables and chairs, got it catered, and decorated and it was a perfect space for this event. I love how it's basically a blank canvas for you to rent and decorate, without being too expensive. And it is RIGHT in the middle of downtown. Every one of my guests loved the space and I would definitely book it again for future events!!

We rented the Atelier 1205 for a last minute corporate event and I couldn't be more pleased. Due to the lack of prep on our side, I had a lot of questions for Nicole and she answered them quickly and thoroughly. And the space... the layout and vibe was perfect for a dinner with friends, no one could believe such a cozy spot was located in the middle of downtown. It made decorating a snap! We are already looking to rent it again. Thank you Nicole, you are truly the best!

Nicole was very communicative and responsive. The space was perfect for our group, with plenty of room to mingle out front and back. The industrial metal planters out front provide privacy from the street, so the front patio is very inviting.
