Modern Meeting Space in Historical Chinatown Building

This is the 3rd floor of a historical building in San Francisco Chinatown with 400 square feet. The seated capacity is 10 and the standing capacity is 15. This space is ideal for meetings and small events. A whiteboard is included for meetings. A site manager is available on site to help with any issues. The space is private but there is occasion noise from the street. The layout of the space includes 2 small tables and 6-10 chairs depending on need. There is a restroom and sink/pantry. Light food like water, coffee, and small snacks are permitted.
