This is a multipurpose event space with a marvelous canvas, suitable for all occasions. Clients can rent the space for meetings, conferences, weddings, receptions, parties, baby showers, castings, photo shoots and much more. The space has a foyer/entryway often used as a photo area or to welcome guests, 2 handicap accessible bathrooms, coat closet, bar unit, fridge and freezer, hall space, rear hallway and backyard. The rental includes 8 tables and about 75 chairs. We also have a extraordinary Decor services that can customize your vision and bring it to fruition, with an elegant touch. We have an in- house DJ as well that is very reasonable and plays to the crowd. We also have a multitude of other services such as cake and treat table vendors, caterers, lighting rentals, etc. We are here to assist with all event needs. Layout- Foyer, Hallway with bathrooms and coat closet, Hall Area, Hallway that leads to backroom, that can be used for food storage or a dressing room, and Outdoor area. Our hall area is approx. 765 Square ft. The back room area is approx. 100 sq feet. The bathrooms and coat closet are in the hallway between the foyer and Hall area. Foyer is 110 sq ft and Outdoor area is approx. 220 sp ft.
FEES - Renter shall pay to Owner a fee of $100 per hour (the “ Fee”), and a $75 cleaning deposit (parties ending by 1am) or $100 cleaning deposit (parties ending after 1am). Condition -* After the completion of the Event, the Renter shall leave the Space and, items included in rental, in the same condition as received from the Owner in order for owner to return cleaning deposit. Damages - Beyond ordinary wear and tear, Renter shall be responsible for any damage caused by Renter’s use of the Space including but not limited to damage to bathrooms (walls, floor, décor, furniture, fixtures, plumbing & toilet), interior walls, storage room, closets, backyard, chairs, tables, fixtures, fridge and bar. Renter shall arrange for the repair of any such damage. In the event if Renter does not make any necessary repairs, Owner shall arrange for the same at Renter’s expense. (NO SMOKING) of any substances in building Selling alcohol to guests and serving alcohol to minors is prohibited. Cleanup - Renter will be responsible for *clearing all trash generated at the Event and depositing it in the proper waste receptacles on site and leaving in the front area. (not on the street). Renter is also responsible for the cleanup of generated trash from outside areas, street area and backyard. Renter will remove all trash and bottles (that contained alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages) from those areas and place trash inside the Hall by the front doors. Renter is also responsible for removing all décor from walls and ceilings including but not limited to balloons and wall decals. Revocation - Owner shall have the right to revoke the License at any time prior to the event date due to illegal activity or the possibility of illegal activity. The owner has the right to retain the entire fee. Fighting and/or police response will immediately cancel event without refund.
