During the day for shooting - it can accomodate (if not all require sitting) as many as 50- using the inside and outside space areas. During the day for shooting/production - their is plenty of space. This listing is for the entire house. The house has an entrance area with sitting available The Family room is big and plenty of open area there too. The front yard has plenty of open space. There is a garage area that can be use for storage or to set up additional sitting area- right off the family room Stepping into the property makes you feel as if you are in some quaint little hacienda in the middle of central Mexico. Although availability is any of the 24 hours of the day - please know this is a residential area and loud noise after hours may not be welcomed. Their is a car port to park in the property. And there is plenty of convenient street parking. There is High Speed Wifi Full kitchen for catering service to use if needed.
