Our beautiful bright space is in the heart of the neighborhood with 2min walking distance from the Echo Park Lake and right by Sunset Blvd. Getting here is really easy with close connections to the 101 and 2 freeway and free street parking in the neighborhood. There are many food options from affordable sandwich places to high-end vegan restaurant Sage, or getting something from the organic supermarket Lassen's and eating in the park by the Echo Park Lake. ROOM 1 ("Store Front/Gallery"): - about 350 sqft - full glass store front - very bright, lots of light - direct access to sidewalk/street - perfect for pop-up shops, photoshoots, film shoots, product launches, art exhibitions 30 people is not a fixed number. We just write that as a suggestion if you are having a sit-down event. For pop-ups it's easily open for more than 30. ROOM 2 (large "Studio/Workshop Space"): - about 750 sqft PLEASE SEE SEPARATE LISTING FOR THIS ROOM. CAN BE BOOKED TOGETHER WITH ROOM 1. https://www.peerspace.com/pages/listings/5ae23d378a765b0c00439b73 The bigger room has a small stage, a workshop area in the middle and the back is normally used as a photo studio. We have a bathroom and small coffee kitchen. We have hosted art exhibitions here, intimate concerts/listening sessions, yoga and meditation classes, sound baths and makeup workshops. It's very versatile. Our location offers monthly gatherings of like-minded individuals with a focus on health, creativity and community building.
