a. The Licensee may not enter the Licensed Space earlier than 15 minutes prior to the Permitted Hours, and shall depart from the Licensed Space no later than 15 minutes after the Permitted Hours. b. The Licensee shall keep the Licensed Space clean and tidy. Facility furnishings must be left as they were found. The Licensee may use the kitchen including the refrigerator, but must remove all refrigerator items after their session. The Licensee must leave the kitchen clean and tidy upon departing the Licensed Space. c. Personal items left behind will be held for no more than seven days, and then contributed to the poor. d. A $10 fee (per occurrence) will be assessed by the Licensor for lights or fans left on following the Permitted Hours. Track lighting must not be re-focused. e. The Licensee agrees that no member or guest may smoke any substance or utilize mind altering substances within the Licensed Space or at any time while on the Premises, including the elevator and lobbies, and the Licensee agrees to demand that any member, visitor or guest violating this condition cease and desist or cause such person to leave the Premises immediately. Neither candles nor any other type of open flame may be used in the Premises. f. No signs, banners, easels, flyers or promotion of any kind may be posted or displayed in the Licensed Space, the Premises, the elevator, the lobby, or the front entrance of the building. The Licensee may leave informational flyers on bookshelf near entrance of premises. g. THE EMERGENCY DOOR AND FRONT ENTRANCE DOORS MUST BE KEPT CLOSED BOTH DURING THE LICENSEE’S USAGE OF THE LICENSED SPACE AND UPON DEPARTING. The Licensee specifically agrees and acknowledges that it would be very easy for an intruder to walk up the back stairway and enter the Premises and accordingly the failure to ensure that the emergency door and entrance door are closed is a very serious matter and could have dire consequences. Accordingly, a $50 fee will be assessed the Licensee for failure to lock the Premises in addition to other remedies that are available to the Licensor under this Agreement and applicable law.
