With gorgeous natural light and beautiful architectural details, our space is perfect for your next film shoot, photo shoot, or interview. Originally built and owned by a sea captain in 1979, our home has been a part of The Fillmore’s rich history from the roaring jazz era to today’s trendy scene with fabulous restaurants and high end boutiques. Totally gutted and remodeled with a contemporary open, light and airy interior set within a classic architectural envelope just two blocks from Fillmore Street. 1200 square feet. Walk to Japan Town, Lafayette Park and some of Fillmore's BEST restaurants -- SPQR, State Bird Provisions, Palmer's, Snug and many more. Convenient to California Street bus lines. There are two restrooms on the 2nd floor.

This space was lovely to film in! There was some construction noise towards the front of the house.

Lowrie was great and super easy to work with. The place is beautiful and spacious, perfect for a photoshoot. There are also multiple rooms which make it easy for staging if you're taking photos between the kitchen / the front house area. The high ceilings and large windows also allow for a lot of natural light.
