Our conference room has been designed with your off-site needs in mind. It's perfect for your next meeting, presentation, or brainstorming session. The room is elegant with a very large array of windows that can open to the street below for fresh air and plenty of natural light to effectively fight the Seattle gloom. Included in your hourly rate: - Use of our elegant conference room - Use of business nook with mini-fridge and microwave - 55" HD flat screen for presentations - Conference-capable speaker phone Capacity: - Up to 20 people with various table configurations Location: - Located near the heart of downtown Bellevue, we're a short walk from Bellevue Square, Bellevue Art Museum, and the Bellevue Transit Mall. - Parking is available in the building garage below. The first two hours are free and $2/hr each following hour. Please note: all drivers are required to print a receipt from the parking kiosk located near the retail elevator and leave it face up on their dash to avoid receiving a parking ticket.
Off-site rentals are limited to use of the green room/conference facility, which can accommodate groups up to 20 people. The lobby may also be used as a break out area. Restrooms are accessible from the lobby. For groups larger than 20 and/or who require amenities beyond those limited to the green/conference room, please select either the Event or Production listings. We require that renters leave the space in the same condition as upon occupation - all trash, rental items, personal items, etc., should be removed before vacating the space. A venue contract must be completed and signed on site or prior to occupation of the space. Alcohol service/distribution is provided by venue exclusively and limited to beer and wine products. A minimum shall be imposed based upon guest count. All bar service is billed directly by venue and subject to venue terms of service and by state liquor control regulations. Kristopher and Ryan were great. Our event had a specific setup required and we aren't local to the area so we only had email to work off of. Kristopher and Ryan went above and beyond with assisting and making sure everything worked and ran smoothly day of the event. We greatly appreciate them!
