Welcome to our spacious top floor loft located in Pioneer Sq. Views from the doors and windows open all along the apartment onto the wrap around deck that sits above the viaduct with sweeping views of the Puget Sound, and Olympic mountains. There is a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, amazon fire tv, and ipod hook up for stereo system. The total sqfootage is around 850 and can hold up to 25 guests. Perfect for small cocktail parties, private dinners, meetings, photoshoots, or as an add-on when renting our other space (listed under Amazing Designer Loft, in the same building). This is a historic live/work artist building in a diverse up and coming neighborhood.
Our rules are pretty simple. We only provide the space and eveything in it, so any rentals, food and drinks will be provided by the guest. Loud music has to be turned down by 10:30. The space should be returned to the condition it was found in.

Beautiful space in a cool neighborhood. We used the space for a school admin retreat. We would use it again. The building is right next to the viaduct in Pioneer Square so it has that historic and gritty appeal. The space was decorated well and very interesting. The wrap around deck provided amazing views. There are many parking lots in the area. Tamara was responsive to our needs. I called her too many times to ask her things that you can find in the welcome notebook! I have learned for the next time.
